The plan of re-structuring Fund of profit

I have developed quite good, on my sight, system of speculative shares trade. At the end of November I have decided to sell a portfolio of FOP's shares and to begin to trade in short term on the system.
The shares were sold at the 27-th of November. It was received from sale 14102 rubles ($ 515.42) (it is taken into account in statistics of fund).
Results of long-term investment are very bad. I have entered for trade those means, that could collect - about 20 thousand rubles. Thus, to 1-st of December I have concentrated on the trade account 34584 rubles ($1253). At the subsequent time I traded on the system.

The further job of fund will occur as follows:
1. E-gold is absolutely dead. Therefore payments will be made in Liberty reserve, or in Webmoney wmr, wmz or in other currencies at the request of the investor.
Payments I can make in any currency, accessible to me. But without commissions - only in Webmoney wmr.

2. No loss guarantee:
I guaranteed no loss to the investors, therefore any investor should not remain with the losses. I made list of the investors: who how much has invested via e-gold, withdrew and how much I owe. My duty will equal:
Invested sum * 1,03 - withdrew sum. Factor 1,03 is indemnification of 3 % deposit fee.
If investor has withdrawn more, than he invested + 3 %, I owe to him nothing.

I have holiday period now, therefore in December - January I can give a lot of time to trade in shares. Since February I return to job and I'll be able not much time give trade. Probably, I'll stop trade. Therefore I can not leave working Fund of profit and is compelled to close it.

Investors of fund, to which I on the list of investors owe money it is necessary to make following:
To be defined in what currency they want to receive refund, to write to me on trade@fundofprofit.net (on the address admin@fundofprofit.net comes too much spam, therefore I ask to not write to it) in what currency you want to receive money and to send number of account in this currency. Also it's necessary to write your ID, login and password in Fund of profit. It's better to write from e-mail, registered in your FOP's account. If you want to receive refund not in wmr, I shall inform you, what commission will be (for wmz it's now 3,5 %, for liberty reserve - 6,5 %) it depends from exchange rates. If the rates of exchange will change sharply, I shall inform you about new commission, but not later than one week before the ending of reception of applications, that at you will have time to change currency of reception, if the new commission you will not pleasant to you.

As you invested in dollars, and the payment, probably, will be in rubles, the calculation will be carried out at the current rate of ruble.

First payments will be made from February 1-st till February 5-th 2009. It will be totally non less than $ 1000. The payments will be calculated in rubles at the rate on January 31-th. If the payment will be in dollars (wmz, liberty), any rate of ruble, certainly, does not mean anything. I shall count up how much money it's necessary to pay on applications, if this sum exceeds sum, which I will spend on payments, then not the complete sum, but equal parts of this sum will be paid on applications to each investor. When the first round of payments will be completed, I shall inform about it.

The reception of applications on payments is accepted till January 31-th inclusive. Before this date you can submit the applications (to send number of your account), to change the applications. Second (and the last) round of payments will be made after 3 months - from May 1-th till May 5-th 2009. All stayed FOP's debts at this time will be paid.
